Reflexology

This specialized type of foot massage focuses on specific pressure applied to certain points on the feet to allow the entire body to relax.

Trigger Point Massage

This highly specialized type of modality is also known as Neuro-muscular Therapy. It directs pressure to specific adhesions (knots) within the muscle tissue that restrict your range of motion and cause pain. Maternity Massage

During pregnancy the extra weight or stress from daily tasks causes the areas such as the neck, shoulder, and hips to ache. After the abdomen begins to expand we use a Preg-Pillow on the massage table that has indentations for the breasts and abdomen which allows the mother to lay face-down comfortably. We also have options for the expecting mother to lay on her side in a fetal position during the massage.

Bamboo Massage

Lymphatic Massage

The body's lymphatic system is the filter for all of the waste products and mutant cells that leave the bloodstream. The pressure of this massage is very superficial (light) and directed toward the lymph nodes to drain the excess fluid from your body. Enjoy your renewed energy and better health benefits from this specialized massage as a series of treatments recommended to be done every 3-6 months. Lipo Massage

Lipo massage reactivates the fat release process known as lipolysis (the burning of fat in the fat cell) to get rid of fat deposits and imperfections in the skin through the use of a manual massage stimulation. Lipo massage can firm the skin, smooth cellulite and slim down fat cells or deposits through the use of the dynamic moves in three different ways: rolling in to slim, rolling out to firm and a kneading motion to resculpt and smooth. The treatment also is great if you have lost a lot of weight and you have loose or hanging skin.

The treatment feels like an intense Swedish massage as it manipulates the skin and fat (a kneading motion that targets cellulite, a rolling motion which sculpts and something that feels like small fists to tighten the skin). Great for the thighs, lower back, stomach, stubborn fatty areas, hips, buttocks and arms.

Mobile Massages

Our mobile massages offer you the opportunity to schedule a professional to massage in the safety and comfort of your own home or in the workplace.

Note: Advanced notice reservations are required. Scheduling availability is dependent on therapists' availability and travel distance requirements. All mobile services must be pre-paid at least 24-hours prior to the reservation.

The cost for a Licensed Therapist to provide mobile services in your office or home is twice the amount of our advertised prices within the spa facility.
